Head of School
Zoe Ann Holmes
As a lifelong learner, Mrs. Holmes has a passion for the educational process for students of all ages. As a teacher, she was able to serve students in grades K-9. Receiving her master’s degree in educational leadership with a principal’s license through the University of Northern Colorado allowed Mrs. Holmes to continue the goal of providing a great education for students and supporting the hard work of teachers and staff, as part of her dream to leave a legacy through education.
When not working to serve the CSCA community, Mrs. Holmes finds joy with family, traveling, reading, volunteering, advocating, and making a difference while building relationships.

Dean of Academics & Culture
Lisa Rafferty
Mrs. Rafferty has spent nearly thirty years in various school settings filling a myriad of roles. From assistant principal, college and career advisor, and instructional coach, to reading interventionist, teacher, and teacher’s aide, there has been no task too big or too small in which her passion for impacting others isn’t fueled. In those years and with her graduate work in education, she learned essential strategies about how to optimize class time, how to support all learners, how to interact with all stakeholders on discipline issues, and how to thrive in the current challenges teachers face. As the Dean of Culture at CSCA, she is committed to motivate and inspire educators to do the same, while also shaping the hearts of our students. She has been married thirty years, has four grown children, and owns a Cavapoo named Ollie. When not at school, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and investing in college aged students in her husband’s gap year program.
