Registration Process for Traditional CSCA JH Students 

It's that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2026-2027 school year. 

​

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete their online registration, which includes uploading their students’ most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation. We have simplified this process through online digital registration.

This site will serve as your go-to hub for everything related to CSCA Activities and Athletics. 

Athletic Registration 

To register your athlete(s) for the 2026–2027 school year: 

• Click the “Registration” link for the correct sport on Assembly 

• Create or log in into your Assembly account  

• Complete required forms 

• Upload current physicals or bring the physical form to the front office  

 

Athletic Fees & Payment Information 

The athletic fee is $100 per sport. To encourage student-athletes to participate in multiple sports throughout the school year, CSCA offers a sliding fee scale for the 2026–27 school year: 

• 1st Sport: $100 

• 2nd Sport: $80 

• 3rd Sport: $60

Payment: Athletic fees can be paid through Assembly. 

(We encourage all students to take advantage of the opportunity to compete in multiple sports and enjoy the benefits of athletic participation. 

 

*Note - If your student qualifies for Free and Reduced Lunch (see the CSCA Website for the link to the application), you may also qualify for reduced athletic or club fees.

**Sports physicals can only be completed and signed by an eligible physician: MD, DO, NP, PA, Sports Physical Certified Chiropractor (SPC# included).” ** 

1. ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON YOU ARE PLAYING.  IF A PHYSICAL WILL EXPIRE DURING THE SEASON, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

2. Before uploading your physical when registering, make sure your physician has signed and dated the form along with parent & student signatures.
