All CSCA Board meetings are held at CSCA unless otherwise noted. Meetings are typically held the third Thursday evening of each month. The agenda will be posted prior to board meetings in the glass case behind the elementary receptionist desk. The agenda will also be available in the document container below. Parents and guests are welcome to attend Board meetings. We welcome your comments and ideas!
Procedure for Public Comments at Board meetings
The Board as a representative body of the Colorado Springs Charter Academy wishes to provide an avenue for any citizen to express his/her interest and concerns for the school. Accordingly, the public is cordially invited to attend Board meetings. Meetings of the Board are conducted for the purposes of carrying on the business of the Board and are closed to the public only during executive sessions. Any person from the school community will be given the opportunity to address the Board during the Public Comments time on the agenda. Persons wishing to address the Board on agenda items may do so at this time. There will be a time limit of five (5) minutes per person for public comments. When there is large number of speakers to be heard, the Board may shorten this time
